When the discs in your spine are damaged they often pinch the nerves. This can cause pain, tingling, numbness, weakness or other symptoms.
These damaged spinal discs seldom heal because they remain under constant pressure from gravity, even while a person is at rest. DRX9000 Decompression is designed to reduce pressure inside the discs by gently separating or distracting the injured spinal segments.
Under distraction, pressure on the disc is relieved; thus allowing fluids, nutrients and oxygen to flow back into disc. This nutrient exchange helps the body’s natural rebuilding process and can accelerate the repair and eventually heal damaged spinal discs.
In addition to allowing nutrition back to the injured discs it helps pull back any portion of the disc that is pinching the nerve. This helps eliminate your pain and symptoms.
DRX9000 decompression therapy typically takes 15 minutes to perform and many patients find pain relief within a few sessions.
For those who are candidates and follow our treatment guidelines find our treatment program to be highly effective. DRX9000 therapy is affordable, painless, and does not involve any drugs or surgery.
DRX9000 can be effective for Sciatica, Bulging/Herniated Discs, Spinal Stenosis, Neck/Back Pain and much more.
During the initial visit the Doctor will determine if you are a good candidate for our treatments. To schedule an appointment for a consultation to see if you are a candidate please give us a call at 425-379-9749

“I decided to pursue spinal decompression because of severe left lower back pain, left thigh and hip pain. This had been going on for over eight months. The pain was excruciating, and nearly destroyed my ability to function normally. After completing spinal decompression, I have significant reduction in pain and its intensity, and I have been able to resume many of my activities. Dr. McCormick’s office is a very caring, gentle, and pleasant group of professionals. Thank you.”

“I had lower back pain, and my right leg would go numb. This had been going on for years, at least ten or more. The pain was an 8-9/10, it was very hard to walk, and I was irritable most of the time. I had difficulty performing simple tasks due to the pain. After following through with the spinal decompression program, my pain level is down to a 1/10. I am able to hike and enjoy life once again. The spinal decompression center has a great staff.”

“I began decompression therapy because of severe nerve pain down the right leg, into the calf. The problem was ongoing, but for the last few weeks it’s been severe. I was taking two painkillers every four hours, waking up in the middle of the night with horrible pain in the right calf muscle, I couldn't work due to the pain, and at home I couldn't do my normal activities; very depressing. Since I started decompression, I have been able to get my life back to normalcy. I am sleeping through the night, and off my painkillers. I am able to play with my four and six year old now, go on walks, and can do household chores again. The staff are very friendly! Jen, Monica, and Rebecca do a great job! Dr. Justin is great too!”

*Testimonials Disclaimer: We do not guarantee results or promise a cure of any disease or ailment. Results will vary based on age of the person, condition, patient follow thru, damage to the spine, and many other factors. Everyone responds different to treatment. We do not claim that they are typical results that consumers will generally achieve.
1. What is DRX9000 Decompression Therapy?
Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical and drug-free treatment for disc related injuries of the neck and lower back. Spinal Disc Decompression uses computer-aided technology to apply gentle, non-surgical decompression to your spine, increasing circulation into the spinal discs and joints, thus helping to relieve the symptoms that cause pain.
2. Is the DRX9000 FDA Cleared?
Yes. The DRX9000 therapy is FDA cleared. A premarket notification, referred to as a 510(k), must be submitted to FDA for clearance.
3. Is there any research showing the effectiveness of Decompression Therapy?
Yes. Please click on the link to see research articles on Decompression Therapy. Research
4. Are the treatments painful?
No. Spinal Decompression is totally safe and comfortable for all subjects. The system has emergency stop switches for both the patient and the operator. These switches (a requirement of the FDA) terminate the treatment immediately thereby avoiding any injuries. It is quite common for some patients to fall asleep during treatment.
5. Are there any side effects?
Spinal Disc Decompression has shown to be safe and without side effects or complications once abnormal conditions have been ruled out.
6. What Results can I expect?
It is unethical to guarantee a cure. But Results may differ from patient to patient based on many factors such as Age, condition, length of time, and other health factors. Often times a patient experiences some relief within the first few (3-7) treatments. Usually by the 12th to 15th treatment most patients have reported some remission of symptoms.
7. How does Spinal Decompression treatment differ from ordinary spinal traction?
Traction and inversion tables, at best, can lower the intradiscal pressure from a +90 to a +30 mmHg. Spinal Decompression can help reduce the intradiscal pressure to between a -150 to -200 mmHg thus allowing better negative pressure or vacum effect inside the disc . This effect causes the disc to pull in the bulge disc and the increase in negative pressure allowing the flow of blood and nutrients back into the disc. This helps the body to heal the injury and re-hydrate the disc.
Also Traction often triggers the body's normal response to stretching by creating painful muscle spasms that worsen the pain in affected area.
8. Can Spinal Decompression be used for patients that have had spinal surgery?
In many cases Spinal Decompression treatment is not contra-indicated for patients that have had spinal surgery. In fact many patients have found success with Spinal Decompression after a failed back surgery. Ultimately the Doctor will determine if Decompression therapy will be beneficial in your particular case.
9. Am I eligible for DRX9000 Therapy?
Typically we do not know for sure if a patient is eligible for Spinal Decompression therapy without examining them. After the examination and viewing either x-rays or MRI's, the doctor will then determine if the patient is a good candidate for spinal decompression therapy. The most common types of conditions that are successfully treated with spinal decompression therapy are (but not limited to): Disc bulges (herniations, slipped, or bulging), sciatica (leg pain), disc disease, stenosis, arm pain, neck, and back pain.
